Why do I
need training?
Today’s vehicles are more complex than ever. Tomorrows vehicles will
be even more complex. Due to this constantly
advancing technology ongoing training is more important now than ever.
Technicians must keep abreast of this changing technology to remain
competitive in the automotive industry.
What does the main program
course consist of?
The program consists of six sequential required core courses
1. Fundamental Engine Electronics Training
2. System Training in Emissions Performance
3. Computerized Automotive Performance Systems
4. Fuel Injection System Training
5. Advanced Computer and Emissions Specialist
6. Onboard Diagnostics II & Mode $06

What types of materials
come with the course?
Student reference materials and textbooks are supplied for courses.
This material is designed to become part of
A technician’s in-shop reference library.
Can anybody take the
training? No! Absolutely not!
This program was developed for all levels of in-service technicians
only. Because of the complex material covered, it is recommended that
the technician has a solid foundation in automotive fundamentals and
should have a minimum of two years automotive experience. Also he must
have good basic reading skills in English.
When and where are the
courses held?
The courses are held at our training facility. The facility offers
these courses during evening hours, daytime and weekends.
What type of training will
I receive?
Technicians receive a combination of classroom and hands on training
employing the latest technology and equipment. To aid in their
proficiency, students are encouraged to bring and use their own
personal hand held equipment. However, the facility is equipped with
sufficient equipment for all students.
What recognition do I get?
Upon successful completion of courses students are awarded a
Certificate of Training from the facility.
